I totally dig socks. They can be simple or intricate. They’re cozy and keep me warm during the cold Chicago winters while I obstinately wear skirts despite the temperature gauge or forecast. So when I spotted this neat lace pattern it was only natural to apply it to some calf-high socks.

These socks were actually a quick knit with Debbie Bliss “Bella” yarn that I purchased on clearance at Yarn’s To Dye 4 in Frankfort, IL.
